Whilst Westcott is focused on providing high quality independent advice to service users we also understand the needs of elderly care providers

There are many providers competing for the same customers. In the same way that service users struggle to differentiate between care provision, we understand how difficult it can be for quality care providers to get their message across to their customers accurately.

Westcott can help

• We recommend and refer our clients to care providers following a detailed assessment of their needs and wishes.
• We match our clients' requirements to the right service provider for them, whether that’s a care home, domiciliary care, assisted living or respite care.
• We are not focused on any one particular type of elderly care provider; homecare is as important as residential care.
• The more we know and understand about your services, the better placed we are to consider making an unbiased recommendation to our clients and referring them to you.

Westcott is in the process of developing the Westcott Care Network to help bring together local providers and referrers. The aim is to provide an independent forum for the discussion of issues of importance and the overall improvement of the quality of elderly care services in the community.
