Each of our clients has a dedicated Care Consultant who you will get to know personally. They are responsible for ensuring that your specific needs are met.

Your Care Consultant will guide you through every step of the process from assessing and agreeing your specific care requirements with you, to advising you on the right local providers to meet your needs, through to acting as an advocate on your behalf when negotiating places with providers, fee rates, funding entitlements, etc.

The quality of provider and standard of care they provide is our paramount concern.

We pride ourselves on having up-to-date information and ensuring that we accurately reflect the quality of the providers we recommend to our clients.

At Westcott we utilise numerous sources of information when assessing the right provider to meet your needs. As well as Westcott’s proprietary local knowledge we analyse information from various third-parties including the Government.

In addition, Westcott independently assesses all the providers that we recommend to ensure that they meet our high quality and satisfaction standards.
